Councillor Lisa Hansen Zacharuk

I am a married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two beautiful daughters. Currently I operate Gus's Corner Restaurant, and have done so since the age of 25. As well as being self employed I'm a certified Health Care Aide, and a chocolaholic.
My family has resided in and around Drumheller since the 1880's, and we have artifacts in the Irricana museum that were brought up on wagon train from Iowa. Besides being part of the Grass roots of this community, I am a hard worker. I haven’t called in sick in over five years(lol its hard when you are the boss) I lead by example, and I never give up. I am an avid reader, antiques buff, love crosswords and enjoy fossil hunting. I fully believe we live in one of the best communities in the world and I look forward to working with you to keep it so!
