The Drumheller landfill site has a life expectancy of 50 years. Drumheller serves as the base for the Drumheller and District Solid Waste Management Association that services 20 municipalities and a population of 30,000.

(May 1 – October 31)

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
  8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Wednesday
  8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Saturdays & Statutory Holidays
  9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Sundays & July 1
  CLOSED
• Open on the following Statutory Holidays:
  Victoria Day, Civic Holiday (August), Labour Day and Thanksgiving Day

Winter Hours of Operations
(November 1 – April 30)

• Monday - Friday
  8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Saturdays

  CLOSED
• Closed on the following Statutory Holidays:
  Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Family Day and Good Friday.
