If you are an individual who would like to play a musical instrument at a Drumheller location, we’d love to have you!
Here’s how to get started:
- Obtain a Busker Business license from Drumheller Town Hall at 224 Centre Street. Written permission from a building owner or operator may be required. If you will be setting up a non-permanent booth you may be required to get written permission from the property owner
- Resident Busking licenses are $50.00 while a non-resident 1 week busking license is $75.00.
- Buskers should be at least 3 meters from a building entry or exit, 6 meters from a traffic intersection, 3 meters from a back alley, and 3 meters from another busker.
- Buskers should not be situated near a loading zone, emergency access, fire hydrant, or driveway, and on a sidewalk that is less than 3.5 meters wide.
Buskers and street vendors follw the same requirements.
