Opening a utility account with us has never been more convenient.
You can do so in 3 easy steps:
- Visit us at Town Hall;
- Complete our form, and;
- Enjoy our water services!
Here’s what you need to know about the information that we will be asking from you:
- In addition to the mailing names and address of the account holder, we require a daytime contact number in case we have to contact you because of utility maintenance or matters related to your account.
- If you are a renter of the property, we require a $150 deposit. This is refunded back to your account when it closes.
- This deposit is not required if you are the property owner. This is because overdue water accounts are transferred directly to your property tax account.
We encourage you to pay your utility account by signing up for our Electronic Funds Transfer System.
In this service, we electronically transfer the amount due on the 5th of each month.
This assures that your account is paid on the due date and you never have to worry about a late payment charge.
In the interest of a green environment, you are also encouraged to sign up to our e-billing system where we e-mail your invoice to you.
