Community success can be accomplished by building on our strengths, assets and capacities in the following manner:
- Encouraging the development and support of partnerships and cooperative relationships;
- Facilitating the development and sustainability of community based organizations;
- Mobilizing individuals and groups to promote a high community standard for caring and responsibility related to individual and community well-being;
- Leveraging and aligning our resources in areas of greatest need including; communication, education, referral and advocacy.
