Keeping Up: Fall Bootcamp - Class is Full 

You “Sweated the Summer” with Heather Jones, now you can keep on track with your healthy fitness habits this fall with her new 8 week program Keeping Up: Fall Bootcamp! This class incorporates both strength and cardio in a fun class environment. 

Wendesdays | October 12 - November 30th | 7:30pm - 8:30pm
