The month of March brings a number of instructor led classes including Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ladies Only Classes, Boot Camp and Family Fitness Classes. Click here to learn more about our instructor led fitness classes.
NEW this month is the Tuesday night Spin Class at 7:30pm- 8:30pm in the HCM Lifestyle Fitness Studio. A great class for those interested in cycling! Space is limited.
All classes are drop in and free for members.
Non-members rates are as follows:
- Adults: $8.50
- Youth: $6.50
- Seniors: $6.50
- Family: $17.50
