What's new for fitness in April?

With the popularity of Power Yoga, we have introduced a second class on Wednesdays, 5:45pm – 7:00pm.

Bootcamp will now be offered at the new time of 7:15pm – 8:15pm on Wednesdays.

The Field House continues to bring a variety of activities!  There is something for everyone!

Remember Fitness on Demand is accessible anytime during the morning, afternoon or evening pending Fitness Studio availability. Bring your co-workers or your besties together and explore over 100 classes!
