ASN's Scientists & Engineers-in-the-Classroom program inspires the next generation through classroom presentations in support of the Alberta Education science curriculum.
We are looking for Drumheller based scientists, engineers and subject matter experts to go into schools and help young learners understand and discover science.
If you are interested in volunteering please email Ed Kusmirski at ekusmirski@albertasciencenetwork.ca
This is a great chance to support young people (boys and girls) as they learn new skills.
There are dfferent ages of youth all looking for volunteers:
Meetings are weekly and there are some weekend camps.
As you will be working directly with young people you will require a police reference check - which we can give you the paperwork for.
