Surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of the Canadian Badlands, the Drumheller and District Chamber of Commerce Legacy Terrace will surely provide a refreshing and serene setting to any occasion. The Terrace is ideal for private dinners and barbeques, morning and afternoon teas or pre-dinner drinks. This space comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests for a cocktail function and overlooks the river valley and park filled with tall graceful trees.

Conveniently located next to our banquet facilities.  The Legacy Terrace is a great addition to every event.

An event is not complete without the food! 

The Badlands Community Facility boasts a spacious, state-of the art Commercial Kitchen offering superior equipment and generous space to compliment your event. The Commercial Kitchen is conveniently located next to our Banquet Hall,  Pre-Function area and Terrace.  It is fully equipped with all the amenities you or your caterer needs including two convection ovens, six burner range, walk in cooler and freezer, triple compartment sink and industrial dishwasher. We also have an ample prep island and a fan extraction system to ensure that you cook in comfort. 

In addition, we carry a matching array of china dishware, water goblets, wineglasses, silverware and buffet items. The Badlands Community Facility welcomes outside Culinary Services. For those family favorite dishes that no one else can prepare, we open our kitchen doors to your special relatives!

Outdoor Ceremony - Centennial Park
The Badlands Community Facility provides a unique outdoor setting, outlines with an abundance of tall Spruce trees, Willow trees and a plush carpet of grass. Located next to the soft flowing river, this location offers an intimate and romantic setting. The park is steps from the Badlands Community Facility, no additional transportation required!

Our elegant Banquet Halls offers a variety of indoor possibilities for your wedding or reception. Choose from one large banquet hall accommodating up to 450 guests or close our conveniently retractable walls allowing you to easily transition from an intimate ceremony to an extravagant wedding reception. Outdoor Terrace
Surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of the badlands, the Terrace will surely provide a refreshing and serene setting to your wedding celebration. This space comfortable accommodates up to 100 guests and overlooks the river valley and the outdoor ceremony site. Our outdoor terrace is a great place to send your guests for cocktails! The Badlands Community Facility sets the mood for any style of wedding or reception, whether the feeling is formal, informal or festive. From rehearsals to ceremonies to receptions, we will be honoured to help you create your happily ever after!
