Update April 25 noon

April 25

River levels in the Rosebud River are currently decreasing and levels are expected to continue to do so.

River levels in the Red Deer River are also decreasing and are expected to continue to do so.

If citizens are experiencing flooding in low lying area sandbags are available at the Public Works Building at 117 7th Avenue Drumheller, at the East Coulee water station and the Rosedale fire hall.

The Town of Drumheller continues to work with the Alberta Emergency Management Agency and other provincial agencies as we monitor the situation.

Please stay away from river banks as they may have been undercut by the high water levels and river flows remain high.
