Heather Jones is a working mother of three and has been married to her husband Chris for 18 years. Together, they have built a successful Management company all the while Heather has been developing leaders all over Alberta for 14 years. Over the past 9 years, Heather's role in business has grown to coach Leadership Training for groups of 15-50 people at a time.

Heather has been an AFLCA Certified Fitness instructor for 6 years. Heather was coaching the Drumheller Peewee Terrapins when she became frustrated that 75% of the kids could not finish 1 lap in practice. Coaching kids was the reason Heather started her journey as a fitness instructor that has now developed into teaching 6 classes per week at the Badlands Community Facility in Drumheller.

Over the years, Heather has learned that the Leadership skills she is coaching apply to everyday life, work and kids. Its all about communication and how we connect with those around us. Our credibility depends on how we are communicating, both with the people in our lives and the way we speak to ourselves.

Erica Laycock has been working in Health Services for the past 16 years. After completing a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Health studies she found her passion in helping people be successful in achieving their personal goals and recognizing their individual personal strengths. The past 5 years she has focused on providing group health education with Alberta Health Services teaching programs such as Diabetes, Self-Management, and Heart Health Classes to Supervised Exercise.

Hindsight 2020. I'd Do It All Again - With Minor Revisions!

Join Brenda Robinson to take a fun look at how far we've come. Was it a challenge or a chore? Let's celebrate our programs and take a look at what got us here and what is going to keep us moving in a positive direction. Listen, laugh and learn as we look at the journey. What a trip!

Brenda is a speaker, trainer, writer and consultant. She is the founder and president of The Robcan Group. Her Bachelor of Arts was earned at Brandon University and her Masters of Education at Simon Fraser University. She has been addressing groups for over thirty years about communications, humour, laughter, positive working skills and wellness in general. Her workshops and presentations are in high demand. She has authored four books and created an Audio CD set to help people to develop these skills. Brenda grew up on a farm close to Minnedosa, Manitoba and continues to stay connected to her family there. She now lives in Sherwood Park, Alberta where she and her husband, Len have their training and development business. Brenda and Len have five children and nine grandchildren.
